What is an all-inclusive design subscription?

It’s a flat-rate monthly plan that gives you unlimited access to our creative team. We handle all your design and marketing needs—from brand assets to website updates—without the cost or hassle of hiring in-house or a traditional agency.

We offer three monthly retainer plans + taxes. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments.

What type of work is included in my plan?

You can request a wide range of services, including brand identity updates, logo design, social media graphics, website updates, digital ad creatives, simple video editing, and email templates.

How does the subscription model work?

Once you subscribe, you'll be able to submit as many design requests as you need. We'll work on your requests one at a time and deliver daily weekly updates. Each request needs to be reviewed, and processed through the normal process and will be placed in the work queue for the monthly period, it is necessary to have an active plan in order to keep processing the projects, tasks and new requests in the queue.

How fast is the turnaround time?

Most standard requests, like social media graphics or ad creatives, are completed within a few business days. More complex requests, such as a landing page or logo design, marketing plans, web design & development, video production, may take longer, standard delivery for progress review is weekly via video call.

*Notes: If you have a longer than usual or more complex project, the timeline and milestone plan will be crafted during the planning phase.

What if I don't have enough requests to fill a month?

No problem! The subscription is a retainer for ongoing support. Your requests will simply be addressed according to the complexity and delivery time agreed during the initial planing phase.

*Notes: If you have smaller projects or less complicated, you can also subscribe on a weekly basis ( minimum contract details )

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel your plan at any time before the end of your current active cycle, to prevent getting invoiced with the upcoming monthly charge.

*Notes: Make sure to cancel your plan before the end of your monthly cycle by submitting an email and scheduling your off boarding video call.

How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is based on a transparent, tiered model. We offer plans (S, M, L) designed to fit various budgets, and all our services have a pre-calculated cost, so you can be sure you're getting a fair and honest price.

Who owns the final files?

You do. You own 100% of all the final design files we create for you. All files will be delivered at the end of every work cycle via asana, email, dropbox, or google drive.

*Notes: Make sure to download and save a local copy of the files to your local computer. All files will be archived after 7 days of delivery.

How will we communicate?

All communication is handled via email and Asana. You'll have direct access to your project Asana board to track progress, and submit new requests. End of the week/month reports will be handled via Google Meets video call.
